Zero tolerance. Breaking these rules results in a permanent ban, with no chance of return. This applies above all to any pornographic, sexual or suggestive content, and to anything that could lead another member to relapse.
These rules apply to the whole forum: topics, replies, usernames and profile pictures.
1. A place for help
This forum exists to help people overcome pornography addiction. Therefore, any kind of pornography is expressly forbidden.
2. Forbidden content
It is forbidden to post, in text or images:
- pornography, nudity, or sensual or suggestive content;
- detailed descriptions of what you watched or of how a relapse happened. Talk about what happened and how you felt, without graphic details;
- names of pornographic sites, performers or types of pornographic content;
- any message that encourages someone else to relapse, such as “just once won’t hurt” or “it’s normal, go ahead and watch”;
- topics that degrade human dignity, such as the promotion of prostitution and similar things.
3. Language and triggers
Avoid vulgar language and anything that could act as a trigger for the addiction, including emojis used with a sexual double meaning.
4. Lightheartedness
Jokes and a relaxed atmosphere are very welcome, always with respect and good sense.
5. Respect above all
- Religion: although this site does not promote any particular religion, its creator has his own faith. Here, all religions are respected, and so are those who have no religion. Everyone is free to express their faith, as long as they do not attack the faith of others. This site promotes respect among all human beings.
- Different views: if you hold a purely scientific view of the subject, respect other views, and vice versa.
- No one is worth less because they relapsed. It is forbidden to humiliate, mock or belittle anyone for a relapse or for their number of days.
- Insults, personal attacks, discrimination and harassment are not tolerated.
6. Our foundation
When it comes to PMO addiction (pornography, masturbation and orgasm), regarded as the new drug, the invisible drug, one of the evils of our century, we are a group built on studies and research backed by scientific evidence. Philosophical and spiritual perspectives that help in the fight against addiction are also very welcome.
7. Privacy and safety
- Do not share personal information, yours or anyone else’s: full name, phone number, address, e-mail, school, workplace or social media profiles.
- Avoid asking for contact outside the forum.
8. Links, images and videos
- Profile pictures: you may use any picture you like from your first day. Every picture goes through a filter, and your first one is also reviewed by our moderators before it appears. Pictures that break these rules are removed.
- Links: links to social networks, short-video apps or any other site are blocked automatically — and, of course, every pornographic site.
- Images: allowed after some time in the forum. They go through a filter and may need approval before they appear.
- Videos: cannot be posted.
- Trying to get around the filters, for example by disguising a link or a word, is grounds for a ban.
9. No spam or advertising
Spam, advertising and self-promotion are forbidden: selling or promoting products, services, other sites or forums, chain messages and repeated messages.
10. We don’t replace professionals
The forum is a space for peer support. The experiences shared here do not replace doctors, psychologists or other professionals.
11. Your account
- One account per person.
- Indecent or offensive usernames are changed, and the account stays blocked until you choose a suitable name.
- It is forbidden to impersonate another person or a moderator.
- Creating another account to get around a block or ban results in a permanent ban of all accounts.
12. Moderation
- Moderators and the Head Moderator may delete messages, block or ban accounts at any time, with or without notice, to protect the community.
- Seen something wrong? Use the report button. Don’t reply to or argue with whoever broke the rules.
- Moderation decisions are final.
13. Our purpose
We are here to leave an addiction behind, to change our mindset and our direction, so that we may become true men and women of worth.
