Part 1 — Community Rules

They apply across the whole site, especially in the forum.

1. A site for help. This site exists to help people fight pornography addiction. Therefore, any kind of pornography is expressly forbidden.

2. Language and triggers. Let us avoid vulgar language and anything that could act as a trigger for the addiction.

3. Lightheartedness. Jokes and a relaxed atmosphere are very welcome in the group, always with respect and good sense.

4. Our foundation. When it comes to PMO addiction, regarded as the new narcotic, the invisible drug, one of the evils of our century, we are a group built on studies and research backed by scientific evidence. Philosophical and spiritual perspectives that help in the fight against addiction are also very welcome.

5. Respect for all religions. We do not promote any particular religion. The author of this site has his own religion, but here all religions are respected.

6. Respect for different views. If you hold a purely scientific view of the subject, please respect other views.

7. Human dignity. This group does not allow subjects that degrade human dignity, as pornography does, such as the promotion of prostitution and similar things, nor pornographic language.

8. Our purpose. We are here to leave an addiction behind, to change our mindset and our direction, so that we may become true men and women of worth.

Part 2 — Terms

1. Acceptance. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to the Community Rules.

2. What the site is. A community and a set of support tools. It is not medical or psychological treatment and does not replace professional help. If you are in crisis or at risk, contact the emergency services in your area.

3. Your account. Provide truthful information, keep your password safe, and take responsibility for what happens in your account.

4. Progress reported by you. Your streak and badges depend on what you record, and we do not verify it. Badges are symbolic.

5. Display name. Do not use offensive names, names that imitate other people, or names that reveal other people's personal information.

6. Conduct. Harassment, spam, automated accounts, and attempts to break into the site are prohibited.

7. The book. The PDF book is free. You may share it, send it, and print it. You may not sell it or publish an edited version. The text stays as it is.

8. Badges and site content. The images and texts belong to QUIT PORN. You may download your own badge for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Moderation and suspension. We may remove content, change display names, and suspend or close accounts that violate the Community Rules or these terms, without prior notice in serious cases. You can delete your account at any time in Account settings on your dashboard.

10. Changes. We may update these terms.
